ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using Coverage Warrior ("Service"), operated by HYPERSMARTY LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Coverage Warrior is an insurance lead generation and comparison platform. We are NOT an insurance provider or broker. We connect users with third-party insurance providers through our affiliate partners and their network of licensed insurance companies.
3. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIP
We maintain an affiliate relationship with affiliate partners. When you submit your information through our platform, you may be matched with insurance providers in our affiliate partners network. We may receive compensation from our affiliate partners for successful referrals.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not submit false or misleading insurance quote requests
- Not attempt to manipulate or abuse the Service
5. NO GUARANTEE OF QUOTES
We cannot guarantee that you will receive insurance quotes from providers. Quote availability depends on multiple factors including your location, insurance history, and provider criteria.
6. NOT INSURANCE ADVICE
The Service provides comparison tools and facilitates connections with insurance providers. We do not provide insurance advice, recommendations, or endorsements. You should conduct your own research and consult with licensed insurance professionals before making insurance decisions.
7. INFORMATION SHARING
By submitting a quote request, you authorize us to share your information with our affiliate partners and their network of insurance providers. Your information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. NO WARRANTIES
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cover Warrior, a Division of HYPERSMARTY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
